The job of a school Principal can sometimes be a lonely place amid the enormous responsibility and accountability to a school’s community. Inside the Principal’s Office provides a safe space where school leaders can share, discuss, collaborate, and problem-solve issues and questions facing schools today.

More than just a show, our goal is to unite and connect Principals and school leaders from all types of schools from countries across the globe. Led by two experienced, knowledgeable and passionate Principals – Michael McWilliams (Principal, Savannah Elementary ������̳, Denton, Texas USA) and Charles Williams (Principal, Plato Learning Academy, Chicago, Illinois USA), we invite all aspiring and current school leaders to participate and join the discussion.
